HISTORY: In the late 1800s, sanitariums began springing up across the world.Physicians of the day believed that rest and good nutrition would benefit the immune system and help ward off diseases such as tuberculosis.  Clean mountain air in secluded locations was thought to be the most beneficial. These conditions also lent themselves to other purposes.

THE HOUSE: The House on Landon Lake began its life as one of these sanitariums. Set in the Lake Country of England, it was run for many generations by one of the founding families of the Talendar Society: the Landons. It is comprised of four stories: a basement which has recently been renovated for use, the first floor which houses the kitchen and public rooms, the second and third floors which house offices and private quarters.

Outside the house there is a stables for the training of ponies, a hedge maze in traditional English fashion and the boat house. Most guests arrive by helicopter or boat, though the occasional lost traveler and Fedex truck will find the House.

THE TALENDAR SOCIETY: In the 1900s, The Talendar Society began quietly taking over management and ownership of many of the world's sanitariums. The Society, comprised of a small group of the world's leading astrologers and their followers, believed in the existence of another planet in unseen orbit opposite Earth. Wild stories of the savage men of this so called opposite earth led the society to try and manipulate their home planet to more closely resemble what they felt ideal: a world where men dominated women, a world where survival of the fittest was allowed to run its natural course.
In time, the Society came to believe that survival of the fittest meant that exceptional, fit women could also dominate and their ideals of sexual freedom and experimentation gained an even larger following.

HOUSE RESIDENTS AND GUESTS: Any member of the Talendar Society can make this house their permanent residence, but most will have primary residences elsewhere. The House does have permanent submissive and dominant residents and most guests are also Society members, but occasionally there are visitors who are unaware of the true nature of the House.

MODERN TIMES: Today, in the House on Landon Lake, a small chapter of the Talendar Society lives on traveling from all over the world to stay and indulge in their more natural, more carnal lifestyle.
Occasionally, travellers will get lost and stumble upon the House on Landon Lake. When they do, they are always welcomed warmly, some are invited to stay. Some who wander into the basement....are invited to stay longer.

DISCLAIMER:This is not Gor. This is not Gor on Earth. This is a group of people who have picked and choosed over what Gor type philosophies they want to espouse and left out the ones they don't. We are just humans who enjoy the dynamics of Domination and Submission. Be sure and read our message board for more information and feel free to PM a member if you're confused. Leave your Gor at the door and try to see things in a different way. Thanks!
